The Service
Pindeck provides done-for-you Pinterest traffic management for Shopify and WooCommerce brands. This includes creative generation, daily posting, account management, and analytics reporting.
Billing & Recurring Payments
The service is billed at $297 per month on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Pindeck to automatically charge your payment method every month until you cancel. Billing continues on the same date each month from the date you originally subscribed.
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no penalty and no cancellation fee. Once you cancel, future billing stops immediately and your service continues through the end of the current paid billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts and no minimum commitment.
No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused time within a billing cycle, or for cancellations made after a renewal charge has processed. Because you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge, it is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be billed again.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific traffic numbers, click volume, sales, or revenue. Results vary by niche, catalog size, product quality, pricing, and other factors outside our control. Examples shown on our site reflect specific client results and are not promises.
Account Ownership
Pinterest accounts we create and manage on your behalf are registered to your email address and remain your property. You own your account, followers, boards, and content history at all times. You retain full ownership of your product content, catalog, brand assets, and any materials you provide to us.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Utah.
