Pindeck operates an internal automated notification system that sends WhatsApp messages to the business operator only. No customer mobile numbers are collected, stored, or used for SMS or WhatsApp messaging. Mobile numbers used in our internal system are never shared with third parties. Message frequency varies based on system activity (typically 10-50 messages per day). Message and data rates may apply. This messaging service is not available to end users or customers.
